Our Center Director has attained the Copper Level of Oklahoma Director's Credentials through higher education in Early Childhood Education. She has a Bachelor's degree in Intradisciplinary Studies and 6 years of experience working with children.

There are many responsibilities in running a quality childcare and learning center. Our staff is selected for their ability to fulfill these responsibilities in a professional manner. Their background and references are checked just like our teachers. These people work behind the scenes to make LifeSpring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. 

All teachers are required to complete an exclusive training series developed by LifeSpring Learning Center and the Department of Human Services of Oklahoma. This unique program is part of ongoing training and coaching in the areas of health and safety, curriculum, development guidelines and enrichment programs. Continued teacher education is important to guarantee excellent care of infants through school age children.
